Recipes with the Natural Shilajit for Hair Beauty

Take 0,5 grams of the Natural Shilajit, and add it to your shampoo. Do not worry – shampoo will get darker. Then wash your hair with shampoo as usually but with one nuance – leave the foam of the shampoo for 5-7 minutes, then rinse off.
