When the Natural Shilajit course lasts 10 days, then you should make a five-day break before the following course. But if the course lasts 25 days, then the break should be 10 or even 15 days.
If the stress causes migraines, you can use compresses with the Natural Shilajit.

I would recommend you start off with 300Mg. per day and add 100Mg. per day until you achieve the desired results.
