Returns and Refund Policy

Returns: Our policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. 

Refund Eligibility: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money-back guarantee based on the specific refund period offered on your order form at the time of purchase. Please email us at support@naturalshilajit.com within the specified refund period if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any issues immediately.

If the product has been damaged during delivery and not by the buyer, and the buyer has purchased MonkProtect coverage, they have the option to file a claim with MonkProtect. If the claim is approved, the buyer will receive a replacement product. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer.

Return Shipping: We recommend that you return the product via a registered post and that you prepay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft, or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise that you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Healthy Nutrition Group LLC will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received a refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@naturalshilajit.com.

Shipping: To return your product, please click here (https://shilajit.returnscenter.com link). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Tracking: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the product(s) for a refund once you receive them.
