Shilajit has a gooey consistency, however, it is very sensitive to the temperature and may become harder when the temperature gets lower. The colder it is the harder it gets. We also recommend making sure the lid is closed tightly enough so the product doesn't dry out.

It’s normal and natural for the Shilajit to get harder, it’s susceptible to the air and temperatures. You can try using something harder than a wooden stick that comes in a box, for example, a butter knife or a spoon. You can also try keeping them in a mug with hot water for a moment. It may help you to scoop the Shilajit more easily with it.

What also can help is putting a tightly closed jar in a bowl with hot water and keeping it there for a while. The jar will get warmer and the product inside can become softer as a result.

Natural shilajit is 100% Pure Grade A (also know as gold grade, elevation over 14000 feet) shilajit resin, carefully and consciously gathered from the pristine regions of the Altai Mountains, considered by some the “Green Pharmacy” of the earth and the lungs of the planet.

The only difference between NutriHoney and Shilajit is honey. NuthiHoney is made of Shilajit and honey, when Shilajit does not have any additional ingredients to it. Both of these products have the same benefits.

The recommended daily amount of Shilajit is 0,3g, which is 300mg. This can be considered as a slow introduction. You will be able to feel how Shilajit works for you. It is very rare when highly sensitive people need less of a daily amount, which is also normal as well. Some of our customers use more than 0,3g daily. It depends on how your body reacts. Feel free to start with 0,3g (300mg).  

To maximize absorption we suggest taking your dosage of Shilajit resin on an empty stomach in the morning. Simply dissolve in hot, non-chlorinated water, tea or warm milk and drink. Remember, consistency is the key to obtaining a healthy, fit, happy lifestyle.

Shilajit Resin can be mixed with any of your favorite drinks: coffee, tea, juice, smoothie or water. It is best dissolved in a warm liquid. Please make sure you don boil it so that Shilajit saves all its healthy qualities!

We follow the traditional Ayurvedic method of purification – raw Shilajit is washed thoroughly in water and then filtered to get rid of water-insoluble impurities. The filtrate is heated under direct sunlight to concentrate it. The creamy layer formed during heating is skimmed 3-4 times to obtain pure natural Shilajit.This process is the only one that can bring out the most bioactive components of Shilajit resin. Proper extraction is important, as well, to ensure a consistent high concentration of active ingredients.

Nowadays, there are laboratories that can standardize and check the various compositions of Shilajit from one batch to the other. Research has shown that the composition of Shilajit resin sourced from different mountain ranges produces some certain similar compounds. The exact amount is determined by the flora in and around the mountain ranges from which the resin is collected. However, fulvic acid, humic acids and other bioactive molecules are commonly found in Shilajit and their actual quantities can be determined. Classically, some certain methods of checking the purity of Shilajit are explained in Ayurvedic literature.

Yes! We ship to most countries all around the world. For orders outside the US, the delivery time and shipping costs depend on the location and are calculated during checkout. Every order comes with a unique tracking number through home delivery.

Our warehouse is located in the states of California and Florida and usually ships from Monday to Friday. Note: we don’t ship on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) or US holidays. Any order placed later than 12: PM ET on Friday or over the weekend is going to be shipped out on the next Monday morning. Orders are typically processed in 1-2 business days.

Standard shipping takes between 2 to 4 workdays for delivery on local orders once the order leaves the warehouse, international orders takes 4 - 10 business days though it may take longer depending on traffic at customs.

If we are yet to begin the processing of your order, we will do all we can to accommodate all your update requests.
