Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how order cancellations and subscription cancellations work for purchases from Natural Shilajit.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel a one-time order, contact us as soon as possible at support@naturalshilajit.com.

We process orders quickly, and we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing, fulfillment, or shipping.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return or refund under our Refund & Return Policy after delivery.

Subscription Cancellations

If you purchase a subscription product, you authorize Natural Shilajit to charge your selected payment method automatically at the price and frequency shown at checkout until you cancel.

You may cancel, pause, or skip future subscription orders before your next billing date by:

  1. Clicking the Manage Subscription link in your subscription confirmation, reminder, or receipt email.
  2. Signing in to your customer account and opening Subscriptions.
  3. Contacting support@naturalshilajit.com if you cannot access your account.

Cancellation applies to future charges only.

If a subscription order has already been processed, fulfilled, or shipped before cancellation is completed, that order is handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

After cancellation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email.

Please keep that confirmation for your records.

If you do not receive a confirmation, contact us so we can verify your subscription status.

Billing Questions

If you believe a subscription was not canceled correctly or you do not recognize a charge, contact us at support@naturalshilajit.com before filing a payment dispute.

We can review your subscription status, consent records, billing history, order status, and refund eligibility faster through support than through a bank dispute.
