Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Natural Shilajit processes, ships, tracks, and handles delivery issues.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after payment is authorized.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing the next business day.

Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, inventory reviews, fraud checks, or other events outside our control.

U.S. Shipping

Domestic U.S. orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier, and shipping method.

We may ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or another carrier based on package size, weight, destination, service availability, and shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days and may take 10-21 business days or longer after shipment, depending on destination, customs, carrier handoff, local postal systems, and regulatory review.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless stated at checkout.

We cannot guarantee that every product is permitted for import into every country. You are responsible for confirming that the product can be imported to your destination before ordering.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates and available methods are shown at checkout.

Free shipping promotions apply only when the order meets the stated conditions and ships to an eligible location.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the label is created.

Delivery Address Accuracy

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before placing your order.

Review your address carefully, including apartment, suite, unit, building, ZIP or postal code, and country.

If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or shipping.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refused delivery, unpaid duties, or failure to pick up the package, we may refund eligible product costs minus shipping charges, carrier fees, return costs, and other non-refundable charges.

Carrier Delays and Delivery Exceptions

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high volume, customs, routing, labor disruptions, security inspections, or other events outside our control.

If we learn that shipment will be materially delayed beyond the timeframe stated at checkout or required by applicable law, we may notify you and provide available options, which may include waiting for shipment or canceling eligible unshipped items for a refund.

High-Value or High-Risk Orders

For fraud prevention and delivery protection, we may require additional verification, signature confirmation, adult signature where applicable, or another secure delivery method for certain orders.

We may also hold, cancel, or refund orders that appear high risk, unverifiable, suspicious, or inconsistent with our payment, shipping, or fraud prevention checks.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at support@naturalshilajit.com as soon as possible and no later than 7 days after the carrier's delivery scan.

We will review the tracking record, shipping address, carrier status, proof of delivery where available, and any shipping protection purchased.

We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, building management, local carrier offices, or the delivery location.

Orders confirmed delivered to the address provided at checkout are reviewed case by case and are not automatically eligible for refund.

Shipping Protection

If shipping protection is offered and you purchase it, claims for eligible lost, stolen, or damaged shipments may be handled through the protection provider's claim process.

Approval and remedies are subject to that provider's terms.
