If you have an active subscription and have created an account, you can cancel your upcoming order by logging in to your account and canceling the order before it is processed. Please note that you must cancel at least 1 business day before the scheduled shipping date. If you need our customer service specialist to cancel the order for you, please send an email with your order cancellation request during business hours, at least 2-3 business days before the scheduled shipping date. Please note that once the order has been processed and assigned a tracking number, we will not be able to cancel it for you.
Please note that if you cancel your subscription after the order has been processed, the cancellation will only apply to future orders. You will still receive and be charged for the current order.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a subscription order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or other issues. If we need to cancel your subscription, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for any orders that have been paid for but not yet shipped.
