Extremely bitter

The product looks exactly as shown. It is very thick and bitter. I cannot tell a difference in my energy levels and I have been using the product since May 7. At this time, I do not know if I will purchase the product again, but I think if anyone is considering this purchase to please do so. The directions state it should be melted in hot water and even then it is very hard to dissolve. My tea was cool by the time the product dissolved. I used honey to counteract the bitterness and now I have become so accustomed to the taste that I could probably do without the honey. I actually like it.
